Chief Operations Officer

Ms. Endicott manages all aspects of APEX operations including financial, contractual and logistical; and coordinates resources related to existing and potential business.

As well as being the corporate APEX COO, Ms. Endicott also heads the APEX emergency care and preparedness training program. She holds a Master's Degree from Old Dominion University in Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Education. She also has well numerous professional certificates including Design for Six Sigma and IBM’s Joint Application Design. 

As Senior Vice President at Bank of America she held several management roles including marketing, accounting and software related project management. Since joining APEX, she has successfully managed a large VDOT Emergency Services contract coordinating resources, equipment, and personnel to deliver on time and with quality.

Ms. Endicott is an American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS), CPR/AED, First Aid, and Blood borne Pathogens instructor. She is an AHA Center Faculty; and an Instructor Trainer American Safety and Health Institute, BLS and Advanced First Aid. She is a American Red Cross (ARC) Instructor, former ARC Trainer, and former Virginia Emergency Medical Technician. Ms. Endicott has over 5,000 teaching hours as an American Red Cross Instructor in CPR and First Aid as well as an Instructor Trainer Water Safety.  She is currently an instructor trainer for the American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) specializing in emergency care.

She has managed:

  • Large contracts that delivered services over widely dispersed geographical locations.
  • Managed delivery of training at over 30 locations throughout the state of Virginia.
  • Large training programs delivering more than 30 classes of instruction per month with a monthly throughput of more than 480 students.
